August's word of the month was "Respectful."

The teachers and staff observe students, and when they catch them displaying good character -in this case being respectful- they send the student's name to me and I give them an award and enter their name in a drawing for a grand prize. In August I was able to give away McDonald's Ice cream cones and pies from the Gassville McDonald's, plus a grand prize, a free bowling game from Riverlake Lanes in Mountain Home. We had many Little Warriors that were respectful, saying please and thank you. However the grand prize winner is a Kindergarten student from Mrs. Rodgers class.

September's word of the month is "Listener".
