Shooting Sports

The Cotter Shooting Sports teams participate with the Arkansas Youth Shooting Sports Program in association with the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission. Any student in the 6th through 12th grades can participate with the team to learn the proper handling and use of 12 or 20 gauge shotguns on the trap field. Students are required to have his/her Arkansas Hunter’s Education certification; classes will be available if needed. All team members are eligible to go to and participate in the regional tournament each year once they have attended the appropriate number of practices. Our coaches are local community members who become certified and volunteer their time and assistance for the team members.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you,
